Mallory & Evans has announced a new leadership structure and unified brand strategy as the company celebrates 70 years of delivering transformative real estate development and mechanical services across the Southeast.
As part of the transition, Johnny Dixon has been named Chairman & CEO, while Philip Roy has been promoted to President & Chief Operating Officer. The leadership changes support the company's continued growth and long-term vision for innovation, operational excellence, and client service.
Mallory & Evans has also unified its four business divisions—Development, Enterprises Mechanical Services, Aviation Development, and Advisory/Consulting Services—under one cohesive brand, strengthening its integrated approach to development, infrastructure, and mechanical solutions.
"Celebrating 70 years is an incredible milestone, and we're focused on building on that legacy while modernizing for the future," said Johnny Dixon, Chairman & CEO. "By unifying our divisions and strengthening our leadership team, we're better positioned to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional value for our clients."
Philip Roy added, "Our unified structure allows us to provide seamless, end-to-end services across development, mechanical systems, aviation infrastructure, and advisory services. I'm honored to help lead Mallory & Evans into its next chapter."
The company also recognizes the lasting contributions of John G. Dixon, Sr., whose decades of leadership helped establish Mallory & Evans as one of the Southeast's most trusted multidisciplinary firms.
With a unified brand and experienced leadership team, Mallory & Evans is well-positioned to continue delivering impactful projects while driving innovation, workforce development, and community growth for years to come.
